  • Must be a citizen of India.
  • Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan.
  • Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962.

Selection Process:

The selection process for SSC MTS involves the following stages:

  1. Computer-Based Examination (CBE): This stage consists of two papers:
    • Paper I: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, and English Language.
    • Paper II: English Language (Descriptive Paper)
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify in the CBE will be shortlisted for the PET.
  3. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the PET will be called for document verification.
