Educational Qualifications for ICDS Supervisor Posts of Haryana State through HSSC Recruitment Exam:
Graduation from a recognized university preferably in Nutrition or Child Development or Home Science.
OR
11 Months Training as Bal Sevika and 8 years Experience as Bal Sevika or Anganwadi Worker ICDS Scheme.
OR
10 Years Experience as Anganwadi Workers in ICDA.
Candidate must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit up to matriculation level.
Pay Scale for Anganwadi Supervisor Jobs of HSSC:
Salary is Rs.9300-34800 with GP of Rs.3600/-

Objective Type Written Test will be conducted for 200 Marks.
Objective type test (MCQ) consisting of syllabus of concerted field subject, General Knowledge Including GK of Haryana, Every day Science, Current Affairs, Logic, General English & Hindi, Social Science of Matric standard.
Candidates who are qualified in written test they are only called for the personal interview. Interview marks will be 30 marks.
